About Imidacloprid 30.5% SC / 48% FS / 70% WG / SG

Imidacloprid is a broad-spectrum, systemic, and contact insecticide belonging to the neonicotinoid class, widely used for protecting crops from sucking pests and for controlling termites in buildings. It works by acting on the central nervous system of insects, causing blockage of postsynaptic nicotinoid acetylcholine receptors.

The product is available in various formulations suited for different application methods:

1. Imidacloprid 30.5% SC (Suspension Concentrate)

Usage: Mainly used as a foliar spray, for seed dressing, and drenching.
Target Pests: Effective against aphids, thrips, whiteflies, jassids, brown plant hoppers (BPH), and white-backed plant hoppers (WBPH).
Termite Control: Frequently used for pre- and post-construction anti-termite treatments at a recommended dosage of 2.1 ml/liter of water.
Crops: Paddy, cotton, sugarcane, vegetables, mango, and grapes.
Dosage (Foliar): Typically 2430 ml per acre, or 0.5 ml per liter of wate

2. Imidacloprid 48% FS (Flow-able Concentrate for Seed Treatment)

Usage: A specialized, high-concentration formulation used for seed treatment (seed dressing) to provide early-season protection.
Target Pests: Aphids, whiteflies, jassids, thrips, shoot fly, and termites.
Crops: Cotton, okra, sunflower, soybeans, and maize.
Dosage: Generally 30 ml per 100 kg of seeds
