Formulation: Suspension Emulsion (SE).
Mode of Action:
- Penoxsulam (1%): A systemic triazolopyrimidine sulfonamide herbicide that inhibits Acetolactate Synthase (ALS), killing weeds by stopping growth.
- Pendimethalin (24%): A dinitroaniline herbicide that inhibits cell division and elongation, preventing weed seed germination.
Target Crops: Dry/Direct-Seeded Rice (DSR), Transplanted Rice.
Target Weeds: Echinochloa crus-galli (barnyard grass), Echinochloa colona, Cyperus rotundus (sedges), and various broadleaf weeds.
Application Time: Pre-emergence, ideally within 0-3 days after sowing (DAS) in DSR or 0-7 days after transplanting (DAT).
